Ingredients
- 1 ball of pizza dough (250g)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 150g shredded mozzarella
- 50g grated cheddar
- 25g grated Parmesan
- Olive oil for brushing
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1If using a kitchen oven: Preheat to 475°F (245°C) with a baking stone or tray inside.
- 2If using an outdoor pizza oven: Preheat to around 750–800°F (400–425°C).
- 3Stretch or roll dough into a 10–12 inch oval or rectangle.
- 4Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt into a paste.
- 5Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- 6Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan, spreading to the edges.
- 7Bake: Kitchen oven 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden; Outdoor pizza oven 3–4 minutes, rotating halfway.
- 8Remove from the oven, let cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve.
Chef's Tips
For extra flavour, brush the crust edges with garlic butter before baking.
Use a blend of cheeses for a gooey texture and rich taste.
Bake directly on a pizza stone for a crispier base.
